FOCUS OF PRACTICE
Ms. Banzali’s practice involves primarily representation in the civil litigation areas of premises liability, professional liability, and property damage. Ms. Banzali also has experience representing clients who have disputes concerning a wide variety of legal issues, including: real property title disputes, real estate transaction errors, common interest community disputes, foreclosures and foreclosure defense, landlord/tenant disputes, collections, residential construction defect issues, business partner disputes, and probate administration disputes. Ms. Banzali has assisted small business owners with various business law matters, including, company formation, licensure, vendor contracts, and company dissolution. Additionally, Ms. Banzali litigates private passenger and commercial vehicle accidents and advises on insurance law including coverage and bad faith matters.
