FOCUS OF PRACTICE
Mr. Paul’s practice involves defense of lawsuits in the areas of construction defects, auto accidents, cycling accidents, commercial litigation, premises liability, insurance bad faith, property disputes, employment separation, contracts, personal and professional liability, and appellate practice.
Mr. Paul’s extensive experience includes:
• Managing equity shareholder of another law firm for the last nine plus years
• Employed by Firemans Fund Insurance Company in their Staff Counsel Program
• Defended insureds in litigation in Colorado and Nebraska
• Hearing Officer for the Minority Business Enterprise Program with the Colorado Department of Highways
• Litigated and tried felony and misdemeanor cases for the Adams County District Attorney’s Office
