The founding partners of Dewhirst & Dolven, Miles Dewhirst and Tom Dolven, practiced as equity partners with a large Colorado law firm before establishing Dewhirst & Dolven, LLC IN 1999. Sadly, Tom Dolven died in a skiing accident on February 20, 2005, in Steamboat Springs, Colorado. Tom was an exceptional lawyer and has been deeply missed by our firm. Over the years our firm has continued to grow in both the number of our attorneys and in the number of states which we service. George Parker, one of our equity partners, has become a named partner and our firm is now Dewhirst Dolven & Parker, LLC.”
