Mr. Haderlie’s practice emphasizes civil litigation defense and cases involving personal injury and insurance law including coverage opinions and defense of extra-contractual claims. In addition, Mr. Haderlie has litigated matters involving professional liability (including claims of medical, legal, and broker malpractice), products liability, premises liability, commercial litigation, construction defect, civil white collar crime, toxic torts, and others.
